Crew Leader / Foreman

Our company has been around since 1975, serving North Central Alberta and the surrounding Vegreville area. We build everything from custom residential, to commercial and light industrial, providing Alberta with the highest quality of product and experience. We are continuing to grow our team of over 50 employees, and are currently looking for a Lead Construction Foreman to join our team. If you are someone with experience through the construction industry and our looking to grow within a company to higher levels, then we want to hear from you! 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day communication with project managers, all trades on site, and supervisors
• Read and interpret blue prints and drawings
• Run a 3-5 man crew while completing tasks
• Layout construction floor plans and concrete plans
• Complete carpentry tasks, including: framing, finishing carpentry, concrete foundations, and exterior cladding.
• Installation of windows and doors 

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Carpentry certificate preferred 
• Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
