CMM Programmer & Operator

Roles & Responsibilities / Job duties:
- Create CMM programs using PC-DMIS software
- Inspect products using CMM in accordance with our quality system procedures
- Read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications
- Perform inspection of precision parts and assemblies to drawings and specifications (using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadowgraph, hardness tester, plug gauges, pin gauges)
- Document and discuss unacceptable or nonconforming materials with internal and external parties and take corrective action, when required
Qualifications:
- Well versed in Geometric Tolerances (GD&T).
- 3+ years comprehensive CMM experience, PC-DMIS software and Quality Control.
- CNC machining process experience an asset.
