CNC Lathe (Programmer, Set-Up & Run)

Roles & Responsibilities / Job duties:
- Program parts from step files or PDF drawings
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam & Esprit)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating lathes machines
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience
