Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will drive brand awareness and customer engagement through various live campaigns, working closely with our clients to promote a comprehensive understanding of their products.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in tools such as Formsite, Mailchimp,Instagram, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAGE 300. This role requires strong communication skills in both verbal and written form. Experience in e-commerce, data entry, and product maintenance is also required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute live marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Create and manage content on Formsite, Mailchimp, and Instagram to promote our clients' products.
- Produce and analyze monthly brand performance reports.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory information, including updates and entries.
- Work with e-commerce platforms for data entry and product maintenance.
- Use Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and campaign tracking.
- Handle SAGE 300 for product management and inventory tracking.
- Ensure consistent communication with internal teams and clients for campaign updates.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Formsite, Mailchimp, and Instagram.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAGE 300 is preferred, but not required.
