Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wood frame residential construction (multi-family preferred)
• Journeyman Electrician certification, or registration as an Apprentice in your jurisdiction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
