Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate metal components.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Power and hand tool proficiency
• Welding expertise, flat position CWB with flux or metal core preferred.
• Blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge for fabrication tasks
• Ability to operate machinery like press brake and plasma cutting tools
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction principles
• Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, and assembly procedures
